With 16 flexy, thick white fibreglass ribs, it’s twice as strong as most conventional 8-ribbed garden parasols. Note: it has a sturdy approx. 38 mm diameter two-piece pole. Made of quality white painted steel the pointed bottom pole can be secured either directly into the soil or sand – or into an appropriately sized parasol base.

With a large 220 cm (87″) diameter, this stunning 16-panelled canopy with a valance will amply protect you, your family and friends from the sun – and in some style! What’s more, the assembly of the pagoda garden parasol really could not be easier. Simply slide the lower pole onto the upper pole. Then just lock it off with the integral lever clamp. Hoist the canopy by pushing the runner up the pole over the spring-loaded catch at the top. To lower the canopy, press the blue catch release button and slide the runner back down again. When assembled the maximum height of the parasol from top to tip is 2.63m (103″). But when embedded in the ground it’s more like 2.4m (94″). The height of the canopy valance is approx. 1.77m (70″).
