Well, what can I say? First of all really great service. I ordered this at 3pm on a Thursday and it was with me the next morning in time for me to take the umbrella with me to a wedding on the following Saturday so thank you guys for that.
But the best thing is the umbrella itself. I just love it and so does everyone I show it to. Tres française and tres chic, tres ooh la Merci beaucoup ciel des parapluies!

This umbrella is as pretty as the picture if not prettier in person! Shipping was expensive to the States (but the umbrellas were on sale) and I was a little disappointed to receive only 2 of the 3 umbrellas I’d ordered, but I’m giving them 5 stars b/c of their customer service. They responded to my email quickly and sent me the missing umbrella rather quickly, too. I told them that they only needed to check the weight to know there were only two in the package besides the photos I sent of the shipping box that could not have fit more than two umbrellas. They attributed the snafu to the warehouse that shipped the order (who’d not noticed I’d ordered TWO of these and one of another).
