Up here in Umbrella Heaven, we have a range of around 1000 brollies, so it has taken a lot of thought to decide which is the best.  For a ladies full-length “walking-style” brolly to qualify it needs to be beautiful to look at, strong enough to withstand the wind, and light enough to carry easily.
